2) in order to charge & convict that woman for negligent homicide or anything, you would have to prove without beyond a reasonable doubt that he got the virus from that woman and he died because of it. It is a virus. Are we without beyond a reasonable doubt that he got the virus from that woman and not from another passenger?
Plus, we don’t even know if that woman is stilll alive or dead
Coughing and Sneezing are much more reflexive than spitting on somebody. Coughing and Sneezing should be at the manslaughter level if we are charging people for "murder by body fluids".
Coughing on someone is horrible, who would want someone else's garbage on your body?

Roughly 40% of Americans share this medical condition. Obesity and physical inactivity makes you much more susceptible to disease. They've been careful not to trumpet it too loudly for PC reasons but physicians are seeing a high correlation with obesity and death. If you are obese your chances of dying from covid-19 appear to be much greater.
For people out there who are not sick, this is your wake up call to take better care of your personal health and you will not be vulnerable to death from diseases like this.
This man got someone else's garbage on him and that's why he ultimately died, but he had likely been putting garbage into his body for years prior to this.
