You are referring to his explanation that a higher standard of living, including improved health care, better nutrition, access to contraception, and, yes, vaccines, results in a lower birth rate? That is not "depopulation". Parents have fewer children when they can be confident they will live to adulthood. It is an observable phenomenon.

Gates has always been pushing vaccines. His ID2020 ties vaccination status to travel so people who are NOT updated on the FULL vaccine schedule are tracked and monitored by the government. They will NOT be able to travel. He speaks about this freely.
View his recent TED talk, done by computer video. The only place they make cuts is when he starts talking about vaccines. I wonder what else he said that was edited out.

There are plenty of people that have dedicated "20 years to learning, researching, and fighting contagious diseases and viruses" but who also went to medical school.

There's a misconception that attaining a degree is the only way to become an expert. Bill Gates has had more progress in this field than most doctors in the world. Sure, there are doctors like Dr. Fauci that are experts in this field and have medical degrees... and is better equipped than Bill. However, that doesn't take away from Bill's expertise here.
I submit that it makes him more of an expert than anyone posting here on CD.
