I don't know or care if he meant it.
It was his life and he had the right to do what he wanted with it.
It's because we do not have enough tests. One hospital is only testing those admitted. Those who they assume have Covid19, are just sent home if they do not require to be admitted. There are not enough tests to test every person who appears to have Covid 19
Without enough tests, we do not having data integrity to begin with.
