He is the President of the United States. It's not just a title, he is the leader of this country. He is driving the ship. He's not there just to look pretty in front of the cameras. It's time for the President to put on his big boy pants and take responsibility for his actions.

If he can't take the heat, maybe somebody else needs to drive the ship.

Why are you spreading fake news? I know it is the Trump and fans narrative, but it is not fact.

WHO was first informed of the pneumonia outbreak by China on December 31. At that time, it was unknown what it was. Follow all the news list here (you have to scroll to the bottom for the December 31 one).

Ok, everybody, begin studying up on your new talking points!

Prove it!

the claim Trump was incompetent is pure projection left over from the chronic incompetence of Obama and the media propaganda machine.

The claim that Trump is incompetent is simply the DNC conducting the presidential campaign for mentally deteriorating Biden who must be kept in a coma like state to preserve what is left of his sanity.

The WHO was in bed with China and the leadership needs to be investigated and charged if the WHO is still to exist.

what we call corruption here is business as usual in Europe and Asia.

Want incompetence, swine flu killed 17k according to the CDC. ' In 2009, Obama waited until the swine flu had infected millions of Americans and killed 1,000 people in the US before declaring it a health emergency.'

The WHO declared it a pandemic in early July – at which time 18,000 Americans had contracted the novel flu virus and 44 had died.

'Obama declared a national emergency when the virus reemerged with a vengeance in the fall. Yet the press barely covered any of these events.... while on the golf course

So the concept of symbiotic relationships is not valid?

Let's take the example of bauxite, which aluminum is made from. The USA has very little of this, yet is probably the country that uses aluminum the most.

https://wiki2.org/en/Bauxite#Production_trends

Australia is the largest producer, with China in second place. The USA is a minor, very minor blip. Now, let's assume your ideal comes to fruition.

How much aluminum use do you think the USA could round up?

Still against global trade?

Sad partisan garbage in this thread.

People can't even admit to the shortcomings of WHO because they want to lump the whole thing on Trump.

I recognize Trumps errors, that's fair game.

However, we're in the same boat as most of Europe so far but will have to see how this all ends up.

It's going to be extremely hard to either defend or attack Trump without displaying serious partisanship after this settles out in a couple months if the US deaths per 1M population number is comparable (or not) to countries like Germany, France, UK.

False.

President Obama declared H1N1 a public health emergency before anyone in the United States died

Then why are conservatives, such as Kracer, spreading it that Obama most certainly did NOT declare a public health emergency? Just what the hell is it that so strongly drives them to do this? Is it their intense love and devotion for Trump?
