I lived in that district when Ted Poe was the congressperson. Ted Poe was approachable and mostly reasonable even for a moderate leaning left person.. His office always responded to my concerns with a phone call and a discussion. I voted for Poe many times. Crenshaw seemed reasonable at first. But, the lobbyist got to him.
