You've not traveled much have you? Growing up a pre-teen in Germany where topless sun bathing in public parks was a thing was eye opening.

These laws protect the citizens from having these gruesome views seered onto there memories forever. It is not about depriving the women of their rights, it is about protecting the rights of everyone else.

I disagree with the ruling in general (but it may be correct in terms of their state constitution).
Some cities like Denver have already made it legal for females to go topless if they want.
There is nothing wrong with that imo.
