What falling wall? The good walls have been very effective in deterring illegal entry. If you are speaking of one small section that fell recently it was because it was new and the cement hadn't set yet so the strong winds blew it over. The rest of the good walls that were already set did not fall.

We should be addressing all of the problems in our country not ignoring some of them for the another. Illegal immigration is a big problem in our country and effects many other issues such as healthcare.
