All you have to do is look at Trump's actions over the past month. He has never assumed that the federal government that the president can tell Governor's whether they can open or close businesses. We know for a fact that some State governors did not follow Federal recommendations for closing businesses, and yet the president did not act against any of those States in any way

I think that what we're going to learn is the same people who are telling the president he has no power to tell States whether or not they can allow people to return back to work, will be the same people damning the president and saying he is responsible for people going back to work catching the virus and people dying.

That's how these Trump-hater Hypocrites work, on the one hand they say President Trump has no power at all over the states that the states Governors have supreme power whether or not their people go back to work. On the other hand, the same hypocrites will be blaming the president for any covid-19 deaths once people return back to work

Typical Trump, blame others when things go wrong, jump in and claim credit with things go right.
That's not what the president was saying. He was telling states that it is their ultimate responsibility to ensure that they prepare for disasters for their citizens. It is the state's responsibility to have stockpiled supplies and equipment so they can react to emergencies. The US government will be there to assist if things get way out of control.

But any state overnment that is foolish enough to ignore preparations for emergencies, and waits until a hundred year flood or some other hundred year type disaster, to hit them, and be caught flat-footed and immediately start crying for government aid, well that's a government that the people need to vote out of office and get a responsible state government in its place.

The federal government has a one-size-fits-all emergency plan. Meanwhile at the local and state-level they know the unique requirements that there Citizens need. States are not going to get a unique response from the federal government they're going to get a slow response from the federal government, which is going to take days or weeks to show up. And as we've learned over and over again the federal government is a little chaotic a little disconnected. So any state that's going to rely heavily on the federal government in the case of a disaster it's not a good state government

T is very much someone that wants to be leader but not deal with the stakeholders when it doesn't work out. He is very quick to take credit when it goes good. When it gets bad though, he cannot diverse himself fast enough. I don't know how he can do what he has done with his failed businesses with America.

How about you just look at his words from yesterday, and the tweets which he used to double down. I know you are a die-hard Trump apologist, but even apologists sometimes have to admit that their hero said something unacceptable.

That is exactly what happened. The president REFUSED to lead in this matter so the Governors stepped up to fill the void.

NOW Trump wants to take the reins? Pffft.

We had a muslim terrorist, a nazi, and almost a commie but he just dropped out. So what will we get after the nazi?

Somebody in their family will have to die from this thing before they actually admit they're screwing people.
