What a silly thread and silly article. Given that the drug in question is only available by prescription anyway, who exactly is getting the drug (as opposed to fish tank cleaner) "except by medical professionals prescribing it as part of ongoing investigational studies" anyway? And investigational studies include clinical trials where sole practitioner prescribe the drug.
Again, its no wonder why trust in the media is at all time lows.

Just another TDS inspired article and thread. All Trump did was mention that it was promising, he never proscribed it as these idiots seem to think.
Double-blind studies are just not in the cards right now - no time - so it's a guess. The drug has a legitimate use - so no point in keeping it from THOSE People - and it also has some side effects - so you might be doing more harm than good. And there is zero definitive proof it does any good. Maybe it does. That's all we can say.
And that's all Trump said.
The CIA is smart to make that policy - because they'll have sick people "in the field" and those "sick people" can surely fetch that drug. It's nice you think it requires a prescription - but that's just in the USA. CIA is everywhere. The CIA had two choices on this policy: TAKE IT or DON'T TAKE IT. Easy decision. No reason for drama.
I am worried that people who are supposed to be educated CIA agents need to be told not to take medication that has not been prescribed. Trump didn't direct or suggest anyone take anything.
This ^^^^. There's no other real take away from the clip quoted in the OP (aside from the prerequisite media-driven slam of the president).
LOL, the "Trump drug" crap again? Don't you have anything better to waste your time thinking about OP? Give the TDS crap a rest already. Most TDS suffers have already moved on from this topic due to it's oval absurdity. Trump never told anyone to take any medication. He certainly never told anyone to drink fish bowl cleaner, a ridiculous idea that most TDS suffers have already abandoned.
You've claimed that you are a millionaire OP. Shouldn't you be using your precious time and immense wealth to help others in this time of need?

it's Vanity Fair, which apparently has had a Trump hard-on for some time. It's one of the op's favorite sources.
It makes me wonder what kind of idiots are AT Vanity Fair, nevermind those who pay attention to their stuff - it's pretty elementary among "even the low-information Trump supporters" not to take a medication that's not prescribed by your doctor.
How long is the right going to keep making up lies about this pandemic?
