Not an official poll...but....

All of my friends and relatives in Michigan expressed your sentiments.

Folks around the country think of Michigan as Detroit, maybe even Ann Arbor.

Regarding most of the land area in Michigan....got a much better chance of hitting a deer with your car, seeing a moose, or having your chickens chowed on by wolves than getting the dreaded COVID.

There were at least four county sheriffs in Michigan that raised their proverbial middle fingers to Guv'na Half-Wit. They were not going to enforce her gestapo tactics.
I find this hilarious, these cops are not going to enforce laws they consider to be 'gestapo-like' (in their opinion)...but Im sure they have no qualms on enforcing drug laws, (even though technically, they are unconstitutional)!!

They dont realize it, but they are just as bad as the criminals! they are inserting their own personal beliefs into how they enforce the law.

She is abusing her power. That is plain and simple.

The lockdown is a knee jerk "me too" reaction.
So then, do you live in Austin Michigan?

How is it you know so much about what the governor of Michigan is doing? What do you think of the Governor of New Jersey? ... or the governor of Illinois? Are you that well informed about what all the governors are doing, or are you making Michigan your personal specialty?

Approval 57%
Disapproval 37%

She's +20. No need to worry much about noisy right-wingers who never would have supported her anyway.

Why would you assume its right wingers?

I could list my liberal cred to prove a point, but I won't.

Who is this idiot to tell people that they can't go on the lake, amongst a whole other plethora of things using all of the measures they put in place.

I hope that dumbass woman gets her ass handed to her next election.

Biden is a ****ing fool. I'm surprised educated people can't see it.

I'm an engineer type, I work with professionals across the board and a couple have expressed deep concern for him.

Lol......4pm jello is on the way.

Agreed. It's bad optics. It happens all the time in politics, mostly because it's simple human nature.

It appears saner heads prevailed, and I'm happy for that.

She didn't outlaw the sale of tomato seeds, and not matter how many times you repeat that lie it'll never NOT be a lie.

Shows how different that different areas of the state can be.

All of my friends and family are in mid-Michigan and for the most part they all understand the shelter in place orders. None of us like it, I'm sure the Governor would prefer not to be in this situation. Sometimes you have to take your medicine, even if it tastes bad.
