I have a trip tomorrow to south central Virginia and then back to Bethesda. I drive weekly from points in Appalachia, West Virginia and several points in between. I burn a tank of gas in 2-days doing this.
I transport cats and dogs from distant kill shelters to adoption groups and participating veterinarians in northern Virginia. I have been doing this for several years with no compensation.
Tomorrow I have 3-adult cats and 3-kittens that will be delivered safe and sound to two agencies.
I have no idea about any travel restrictions nor do I care. The State is impotent.

Michigan is ready to blow up. They have bureaucrats burning commerce to the ground. Think of that. People that have no business skills forcing private businesses to close with no mention of when they can reopen. Most are immune and by now.
