Why is it sad? This is America. People are fighting to get their freedoms back... There will be many more of these if they don't lift the restrictions soon...

It's sad because Michigan is one of the worst hit states. How many people have to die or get really sick before people are willing to sacrifice some of their LUXURIES and PLEASURES so that thousands will not die/

The more it is realized that the people who are disproportionately dying ARE NOT WHITE.....the more of these rallies that will happen.

It really is sad but they are free to protest. They will just have to deal with whatever the consequences might be. I feel for any uninvolved individuals who are negatively affected by their actions though.

In other news, scientists have a lot of evidence that asymptomatic and presymptomatic carriers are responsible for up to 79% of infections. So social distancing is the only way to ensure infections don't keep growing exponentially. Protests today, a new epicenter of infections in 14 days. Good job Michigan.
