There is a well known virus lab in Wuhan. They were experimenting with bat viruses and bragged about discovering thousands of new viruses.
Nobody with an ounce of knowledge and intellectual honesty thinks it came from anywhere but that lab.
I don't believe they released it intentionally although you will see a lot of people claim they did. I think they were criminally negligent. They had lots of criticism for the sloppy security of that lab long before Covid 19.
