I'm all for reopening but restaurants and theaters on April 27?

So all that in Atlanta will be reopened.

Don't know why it isn't a county by county basis

Thankfully Atlanta is not as bad as the southwestern part of the state, but I agree it could get worse with Kemp's aggressive reopening schedule.

Being one of the last to close and now one of the first to reopen, it's clear Kemp has never really taken this seriously or based his policy decisions on science.

Who the heck is going to start going to restaurants or theatres a week from today when they have schools closed for the rest of the year. What guidelines are telling them that would be a good idea, instincts or science.

IHME says Georgia can't even begin to relax guidelines until June 15. https://covid19.healthdata.org/unite...merica/georgia

Containment strategy
After June 15, 2020, relaxing social distancing may be possible with containment strategies that include testing, contact tracing, isolation, and limiting gathering size

Kemp, isn't he the same moron who said he'd never heard of asymptomatic transmission?

On the other side of the spectrum our Republican Governor of Maryland has taken this seriously from the start and I'm very thankful for that. Frustrated with the lack of a national plan for distribution which forced states to bid against each other for critical supplies our Governor just procured 500,000 test kits from South Korea. Glad I don't live in Georgia.

Ask your governor and stop making stupid comments.

Yes, he's one in the same.

He's a very trumpian governor that isn't even following the very lax re-opening guidelines that were published by his administration. It's so incredibly stupid. Top 10 for total cases and bottom 10 for cases per capita. The math doesn't add up.
