I keep saying this OP must be a sibling of Trump. Look at the join date and the number of threads. This person clearly has plenty of time to post. Could it be he/she is getting paid by someone like Trump?
Let us not forget the reason we have more Americans dead than in the Korean war. The reason is the total failure of Trump and his corrupt administration and nothing else. Soon the US will surpass the losses of Viet Nam. If Trump tries hard enough he might be able to kill more people than any other president or world leader. We all know that Trump's idols are Putin and Kim Jong Un, but did you also know that one of the very few things that Trump reads is about Mussolini. Trump's hero is a fascist and he models himself in Mussolini's shadow.
Dr. Fauci is one of the most knowledgeable and qualified persons in Washington. America would be far better off if Trump turned the reins over to Dr. Fauci.
However Trump says he is "a very stable genius," who could have been a doctor, and is very smart because his uncle worked at M.I.T.

Well, that's a bit facetious. Sure, if you want to talk about silver linings, you'd also create more openings among relatively well-compensated healthcare provider jobs and all that, but the larger silver linings would probably stem from having people who are late-career or retirees as well as those with chronic health conditions both dying earlier and in larger numbers which have a lot of other economic ramifications especially if you go by the argument that they are not as economically productive. It's possible that at least a few people are looking forward to that.
