Except for some executive orders and prison releases for cronies, the presidency of Donald Hoover Trump will be over in November. And he knows it. The daily updates have become increasingly erratic and have shown him for the charlatan he is. The suggestion of ingesting disinfectants hit a high water mark but even worse gaffes are sure to follow.

Historians will not be kind. I won't review all the reasons why he will be disparaged by historians and future generations. Could he become as reviled as Herbert Hoover?

Hoover was a hugely popular figure before he was elected President. He was instrumental in relief efforts after the great Mississippi River flood in 1927, was in charge of relief efforts in Belgium after WWI, and a highly successful Secretary of Commerce.

Nobody remembers or talks about any of his accomplishments. They focus on how he handled the one defining crisis is his Presidency.

Trump was handed a pandemic the year of his re-election bid. One that he cannot bully, blame others for, or control. One that frightens him to his core as he is a germophobe. It's his worst nightmare and it is unfolding in front of him in real time.

It's clear the economy will not be restored six months from now. He might not be able to salvage his election hopes but it's still possible for this man to do something good for his country before he is swept out of office.

So what will his legacy be?

His main legacy will be how he permanently broke so many people's brains and rendered them no longer able to think clearly or critically.

Inasmuch as Americans want defacto open borders, high taxation, free health care for illegals, gun confiscation, higher energy costs, carbon taxes, political indoctrination disguised as higher education, racial reparations, and a president who clearly has dementia .... I say, we'll see.

LOL. You are kidding yourself.

Trump's legacy will be how ill prepared he was to handle a real crisis. Like a pandemic.

Truly awful.

Part of his legacy will be the first impeached president to be re-elected.

I think if re-elected, Trump's legacy will be his ability to stay productive and defend the US, despite the massive global efforts to take him down.

Since elected, Trump has been withstanding an hourly and daily onslaught of absolute hatred and strategic efforts to bring him down. Constant and nonstop hate from the left, from Democrats, from the mainstream media and from the powerful global elite.

I'm not a big Trump fan, but do admire his passion to defend the United States, and his endurance and ability to remain productive and focused, while attempts to bring him down churn 24/7 around him.

Gotta respect that, even if he does himself no good at times acting a clown. LOL

What makes Trump's reelection look so good is Sleepy Joe cowering in his basement !!!

They don't even bother to test him for the virus anymore !!!

They test him to see if he knows what day it is !!!

And we have the receipts on calling Trump a racist and xenophobic for doing so as well.

No, he didn't. Are you paying attention at ALL?

The virus was already HERE.
