Not physically, but mentally and politically; and sadly his path towards becoming a top-achieving POTUS was abruptly ended by how he handles this covid epidemic.
He has been caught in the epicenter of endless political and media controversies since day 1 after he announced to run for potus. As a passionate trump supporter until the start of this covid era, I have been amazed and entertained by how strong and fearless he was in fighting and winning singlehandedly an impossible battle against political strongholds on both sides. His potus career just hit a new high on the eve of his 2020 state of union address...but sadly ever since, everything took an abrupt nosedive for him and the nation in a short couple months thanks to what he said and how he reacted during this unprecedented public health crisis. The problem? In my opinion, he took a political approach to solve a scientific and public health problem when challenged by covid, which is much more fearless in disrupting all human establishments than Trump is, while loving all the media attention as much as Trump does.
I am saddened by trump’s covid fallout due to negligence and ignorance in handling this epidemic and by all the human sufferings and life losses.

There are 382M people in the US and 7.8B in the world. There are (as of 4/25) 53,928 deaths in the USA and 205K worldwide. Nothing to do with tests.

Obviously, Trump didn't say people should inject themselves with Lysol, and we shouldn't have to waste valuable time parsing crap like this, but here we are.

It's a bad idea and everyone knows it, but Joe is controllable, so he's the guy.

Trump inferred, or suggested, blabbering, as usual to the presenter, that it may be a good idea. His followers, could have heard parts or all of his disastrous comments and ran with it.
Not everyone listens with their brains, sadly. Lysol would kill, while destroying vital organs. Painful death, I would imagine. Trump just likes to hear his own voice, thinking that he is so intelligent. We are in a horrific pandemic and if he can't handle this, he should resign. JMO, again. Stay safe.

This crisis was his opportunity to shine while handling a crisis and to create a memorable legacy. Well he's done the latter.
It will be memorable but not in a good way.
