Wow, you know this.

Still, a 7ish hour drive from NYC makes a big difference. WNY has charm that NYC doesn’t...even if it’s not my first choice.

Let the old and sickly stay inside.
No reason the rest of us should suffer.
How nice of you to decide who should stay inside.

It this disregard for public health and human life that is the reason we are in this mess to begin with.

As long as OP admits that both teams' politicians are responsible for the infringement of natural rights I concur.

I mean, I concur anyway of course but Team Red needs to hold their own sociopaths responsible.

Yeah, it’s pretty much impossible to hold a team affiliation without engaging in a fair amount of hypocrisy or cognitive dissonance these days.

These days?

Since the dawn of the paradigm.

Dark Red Utah had the cops bust that mom on the playground. Ohio, with GOPer DeWine, was one of the earliest and most stringent when it came to closing up shop.

I know we have mostly all team players in here but to any sensible person it's easy to see that politicians on both sides have loved their little power trip the last month or so...even more than usual.

Hey that’s fair. Just seems more prevalent in the last 10 years or so, present situation notwithstanding. It’s hard to have any nuance in a low-resolution landscape.

They all get their hands in the pie when the "crisis" hits. Did it with 2008, 9-11, Vietnam, etc.

It's known as the feeding frenzy. They take our money and rights and we thank them for "saving us". Both teams have this on page #1 of the playbook.
