This thread is pure political propaganda started by a Far Left zealot who like many other leftists is not portraying the facts honestly. Purely to continue the MYTH this Virus is worthy of a total shutdown and forced economic collapse. It is NOT. This is political theater.

Likely heart failure or heart attack. The big point to this is that there are many who haven't gotten covid tests who likely had the virus and died of the virus but because they weren't proven to have it, death certificates would show it. This is why Swine Flu is shown to have a 3 to 5 times greater than the actual death count. The actual death count was about 3.8K but upon backstudying and looking an uptick in flu-like deaths during that pandemic. I think we will see at least another 15k dead from Covid-19 but didn't have a test but died of Covid-like symptoms.

NY has more denser population in a far smaller confined area in the Tri-State region sooo... Duhh.. Texas is far more spread out and vast than NY so the infection is slower to spread but it will soon equal and probably surpass NY within a few months.

I love this "Dem States NY and Cali are in the worse shape.". Yea Thats where the MOST PEOPLE in the country Are confined to the smallest areas so its naturally going to spread the quickest . Good lord. The idiocy, The other states will spread just as bad. Just at a slower rate is all

Yup. As if anyone REALLY thought we could solve all the cases by just stopping testing. SMH.

So true! Let's see what the numbers look like September 1st. As this spreads throughout the US, making the population "herd-immune", the deaths will more closely reflect the population of each state. California, Texas and Florida will surpass New York and New Jersey -eventually.

There's a lot of science to this but it's just not one genra. There's the science of economics too. Social sciences will tell you a lot also.

We're destroying the lives of millions at worst and at least setting hard working people back years in their lives.

Science tells me were using a tourniquet around the neck to treat a nose bleed.

this is a rather big 'oops'

Quote:
A paper published on 30 January in The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) about the first four people in Germany infected with a novel coronavirus made many headlines because it seemed to confirm what public health experts feared: that someone who has no symptoms from infection with the virus, named 2019-nCoV, can still transmit it to others. That might make controlling the virus much harder.

Chinese researchers had previously suggested asymptomatic people might transmit the virus but had not presented clear-cut evidence. “There’s no doubt after reading [the NEJM] paper that asymptomatic transmission is occurring,” Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told journalists. “This study lays the question to rest.”

But now, it turns out that information was wrong.
Study claiming new coronavirus can be transmitted by people without symptoms was flawed
