Biden's team requested and got the resignation of Trump's head of Operation Snail's Pace (formerly known as Warp Speed) today. He did a good job in helping deliver two vaccines but he failed to understand that dropping vaccines on a state with no plan for getting the shot in arms was not going to work.
The last # I heard was 425K before Trump leaves office.
