I couldn't answer the poll. It needed: It depends on her story, her witnesses and the evidence.

Ms. Ford came across as unbelievable because her own witnesses couldn't or wouldn't back her claims. She didn't know the day it happened, wasn't sure of the place. That isn't to say that she lied, but did cast doubt.

Add to this she is a hard core democrat and the party sat on her story until it could be used like a nuke on Kavanaugh's nomination.

I believe that women should be heard and that their story be verified. Believed after the story is verified.

I’m not sure what evidence and proof some of you are looking for. There often isn’t any and this is why we don’t come forward. This is why men get away with it.

That said, I think all women should be heard. Not all are honest but most are. So I won’t say all should be believed. All should be heard.

I’m sick of democrats hypocrisy on this and even more sick of republicans who don’t actually give a damn that women have been victimized unless they can use them to prove some sort of point. Enough with the false outrage already.

I am a hard right conservative. I vigorously defended Kavanaugh when he was accused. His case was a decades old accusation with no evidence to back it up. As a man I found that to be a sexist attack against my gender.

Joe Biden in my opinion should never be president. I believe his views are socialist lite, I believe he may be corrupt, and his family is corrupt. These facts however do not make him a pervert. I am not a hypocrite, Joe Biden also faces a decades old accusation with little evidence to back it up. This is America and he has rights. Show the evidence of you want us to believe. Until that happens I will assume old Joe to be innocent of this allegation.

I believe it’s vital for sexual assault victims to inform the authorities as soon as humanely possible after an attack. I understand the reasons why women shy away from filing reports and I empathize with the longterm effects of shock, but like any other crime it’s vital for investigators to begin investigating right away ... not 10, 20, 30 years later.
