The ONLY thing that helps them is that people stop traveling to China, otherwise, they will never have this under control. Only a fool would believe their numbers. Give me break.

I think there would have to be proof of malicious intent. It seems the Chinese knew about the virus and didn't talk about it because they were hoping it says local, it would go away. It didn't. Could this happen in other countries? Yes. Is this a punishable offence? Which law did they break? Would our allies back such punishment?

About 'punishment'. Whoever draws out the 'punishment' will have to prepare for counter-action which is sure to follow, and would also have to calculate if such back-and-forth is worth it.
