I think not wearing a mask was a mistake by him from an optics standpoint. But I figured out weeks ago that Trump, Pence, Fauci, and others on the task force that interface with them were all dosed with some form of convalescent plasma.

I agree. I am in general a supporter of the Vice President, but this was a mistake, and an easily avoidable one at that. Honestly, I don't know why the Trump Administration has been so wishy-washy on masks.

Didn't catch that story but Cuomo is not the Vice President of the United States and the head of the Corona Virus Task Force; aren't they the team responsible for setting policy and setting the standard on how we deal with this mess?....

Masks are for wusses. Or Halloween. They have become window dressing for the cowering lemmings.
