How many total tests have been performed in USA? How many in other countries? And not per #. Theres your clue.
No, it isn't. Other countries have tested a much larger percentage of their populations, and they have a much better idea of where they stand. Testing a million people here is 1/330th of the population, roughly. The same number of tests would be enough to test the entire population of Iceland almost three times over. Bragging that we have tested more people than much smaller countries is political spin to cover up what a disaster that the national response has been.
