as a man I think that would be very painful to the woman.
Of course it would be painful (how painful depending on how much force he used). And certainly painful psychologically.

There does seem to be some truth to this based on her mother's call to the TV show, and a friend saying that Reade told her about it at the time.

I don't know if he is. I will say that he should be given the benefit of the doubt. If an investigation proves he assaulted that woman, then that's a different story. This believe all women stuff that has been pushed the last few years is a bit scary. I mean women that have sons, brothers, dads, they should be concerned too. Believe it or not some women can be mean and nasty and use the system against men. Yes, I know the deck was stacked against women for many years, but we need to get to a place of reason on this subject.

That title 9 crap that was pushed down on the colleges and universities is terrifying.

It's interesting how Nancy Pelosi now says Joe Biden doesn't even need to address the allegation. She said she is "already satisfied with how he has responded." Fascinating.

That encouragement could've been prevalent, then, particularly during an historic election, to bring down the most polarizing candidate since Lincoln.....!

MEH -0- not buying -- friend refusing to come forward -- just verbally supporting -- a friend is a friend.

AND.....last year Reade suggested that while Biden's touching of her neck and hair made her uncomfortable she didn't accuse him of being 'sexually' harassing at all.

AND for years Reade touted Biden as a champion for women.

AND her brother first said that he didn't recall the details Reade released in the Harper podcast (Harper advocate for Sanders)......and then he decided he did recall.

Those details aren't the kind you might forget.......

NAH -- too many contradictions, documentation of Reade's story telling over the years to support this theory.

AND for all the accusations against Biden --- the accusers have always said while his 'touching' is too familiar it was not sexual in nature.

It leans the story in a direction that give it some credence, much more so than Ford's story, she couldn't remember anything and no one remembers her talking about it. The ones she referenced said they don't remember her telling them anything.

It doesn't mean that the woman didn't make it up, but it certainly helps to have others corroborate her story, at least that she did say something back then. Her mom calling in on Larry King's show is another sorta big thing.

If what you say is true about Reade touting Biden, it's odd that she would turn against him now if there was really nothing to it. What would be her motivation?

Is Joe Biden a rapist?
Who knows. McConnell refuses to look into it, and it could be due to the credibility issues with the woman.

It is more likely to be just a GOP smear campaign possibly handled by the Russian troll factories.

Also, the Biden staff members she had supervised up to that point remember her suddenly disappearing to another location at the time, not filling the supervisory role anymore. That's another sorta big thing.
