College-age workers who spent time in the U.S. in the last two years — some of whom returned home long before the coronavirus pandemic — have been surprised to find $1,200 checks deposited into their bank accounts. And with no clear guidance on how to return it, they’re holding onto the money or racing to spend it before the Internal Revenue Service realizes the mistake.
When you rob millions of individuals of trillions of dollars it stands to reason you make a few errors when you try to return it to the proper owners.
At least bank robbers can use the excuse that they had masks on which may have obstructed their vision.
Sammy's just not up to snuff with his computer skills. Or maybe the boys at the IRS actually wear ski masks behind their computers when they are processing the ill-gotten booty each April. You know, sort of "get in to character" and all.

And yet a GOP Senate and President signed off on the bill.
I'm not cheering for team R, clearly no real thought was given all around. This entire UBI experiment that has been done in the last few months has been a leftists wet dream though. The progressives have been in a non stop orgasm since the Wuhan Flu has started doing the heavy lifting wealth distribution for them.
I bet it worked.
