I’m not sure what you disagree with. I may not have mentioned the phase 3 requirement, but I am aware. Let’s hope for a successful vaccine as the other way will suck. Especially since there’s growing concerns that herd immunity might not occur. You can catch this over and over.

don't care what Oregon does, don't live there, open up or stay closed for the rest of the year, if people like it, move there, if they don't, move away.

Well, that's the entire concept of the United STATES where each State should be allowed to be different based upon the preferences of the inhabitants. Not a homogenized, Federally controlled territory which the Democrats want by eliminating the Electoral College. People should be able to "vote with their feet" and leave or seek out a State that fits their political and socioeconomic views.

Our main, primary government was supposed to be State and local government, not the Feds.
