There's an active Senate investigation & a 2nd related DOJ probe into Joe. These may be a result of Rudy's findings there.

Ukraine agrees to give nuclear weapons there back to the Russians for protecton of Ukrainan soveriegnty.
The USA backs the plan, & promises to protect Ukraine from Russian aggression.
Ukraine buys lots of energy from Russia. Ukraine becomes delinquent in paying Russia for the energy.
Much of Europe's natural gas supplies from Russia, flow through the Ukraine. The Ukraine starts stealing enough EU bound gas to supply 1/2 of the Ukraine.
During this time, Ukraine's President, amassed great wealth, even though he was not a wealthy man beforehand.
Could the Ukranian Pres have been stiffing Russia on energy $, using the EU's gas for some of the Ukraine's needs, & pocketing the proceeds?
Then, the Russians come to collect, but the Ukranian President secretly offers up Crimea instead of $.
Ukranian's President needs to tell the U.S. not to defend Ukraine when Russia takes Crimea, & offers $ to American leaders to look the other way.
The Russians invade the Ukraine, & seize Crimea. Obama's failure to protect the Ukraine, as was promised, has the World thinking
We never hear again about the Ukraines massive debt owed for unpaid energy bills.
Natural gas begins to flow again through the Ukraine to the rest of Europe.
Did the former President of the Ukraine sell off part of his former Country to the Russians, & arrange for a complacent U.S. response? Was Joe Biden the U.S.'s conduit?
Were the Ukranian people sold out by their former President who stole Billions from them, instead of using the $ to pay Russia for the energy Russia sold to them?
When Russia demanded payment, the ex-President in effect gave Crimea back to the Russians as payment, vanished with the $40B, later turning up in....Russia
