Gilead Sciences donated its entire supply of the drug to the U.S. government.

Who knows what they will do going forward, but thats a good start.

Nothing wrong with profit from ultra expensive R&D.

Kudos to Gilead for donating 1.5 million doses by the way.

And all this is supposed to have transpired in the few months since coronavirus became a household word?

Grow up, little kiddies; it's all about your resentment because the STEM world doesn't have much use for your worthless B. A. degree in intellectual finger-painting -- and your poisonous attitude.

I really hope we can recover from this debasement of truth and constant politicization of everything.
It's funny. Gilead is a bad guy now for making the "Democrat" drug.

I wonder if Trump touts the success of Remdesivir if Democrats and the MSM will start attacking it as a fraud, claiming that it's not proven and complain that it's being used "off label". And maybe refuse to take the new "Trump drug" as they deemed hc. Hope so, probably will be able to pick up stock cheap.

1.5 million doses doesn't go far world wide. Realistically I can't see how they be able to price gouge public out cry be too much during a pandemic. I was just pointing out the fact that they got lobbyist to undo laws which they used to get research money.

This was obvious when Fauci dismissed HCQ out of hand, not to mention the media promoting a flawed VA study. I'm not sure why people trust an un-elected bureaucrat that hasn't practiced in 30+ years.
