30% of the Covid-19 deaths in New York State were people living in Nursing homes.
Over 20,000. That according to the Associated Press.

Dead bodies stuffed in a room, dead bodies piled up in trucks. It’s almost beyond imagination - Governor Cuomo just shrugs and days “ not my fault”

Cuomo's press conference caring is simply a show. He is a very good actor.

Glad to see Pataki finally finding his voice against someone not named Trump.

I've met Pataki. He is a good man and was far superior to what the alternative would have been as NYS governor. But I can't stand these #NeverTrump Republicans who would have been happy to have a President Hillary Clinton and all of the hell that would have come along with that.

I find this one fascinating.

I find no obvious logic to it.

Do we believe the Governor was favoring the Hospitals. Was he not favoring the Nursing Homes.

I do not believe the Governor was out to assassinate the maximum mature seniors.

So Why?

Are there any real statements about why?

I do not think it was anything beyond incredible incompetence which drastically spiked the NY death quantity in NY.
