I'm in the no it's a bad idea. It's one thing for the low information Darwin award crowd to go out and risk infection, quite another when innocent people and kids catch it from the idiot factor. Ever see really sick kids in a hospital. I have. It's incredibly sad.

I saw protestors holding up their kids in that crowd full of people in Michigan. It made my skin crawl.

It would be incredibly irresponsible for Trump to hold rallies now. Besides, he doesn't like the optics of a half empty stadium. My guess is that it won't be happening any time soon, or if ever again this year.

Since there is no guarantee that all the rally attendees will get coronavirus and keel over before it is over, I can't see the point of staging yet another demonstration of willful ignorance and the failed American educational system. Instead, they will just fan out across the country and spread contagion and there will be another peak in Covid19 deaths traced directly back to Trump. We have enough of that already. They just doubled the national body count estimate because these Trump worshipers are too stupid to stay in their homes or wear masks in public.

You can't fix stupid, there is no vaccine for it yet. When I see those dumb*** protestors standing close to one another, spitting out droplet after droplet, and claiming this is "unconstitutional ", I shake my head.

But we have to realize that pandemics, like this one, are maybe God's way of thinning the herd. The smarter, more cautious will take precautions to stay alive, but the dumber ones feel this is all a game and a hoax, and they will be the ones to pay the price. Maybe we will end up with a smarter population when the dust settles.

Unfortunately, there is no gunsight on this virus, and it will also spread to their innocent families and neighbors.
