Where did I say I know him? I said that I know who he is, and I offered the connection: he worked for my daughter. I sense a great push on your part to make something of nothing here.
Then to be clear, you know nothing about him and make no claim that you aware of any motives that drive him. You are simply familiar with the name?
So in fact your first post claiming “I know who this kid is” was an exaggeration?
Oh please, we all should be concerned and angry about this massive government overreaction.
I am one of the few who has been calling it an overreaction from day 1, but I am not storming govt buildings with my AR15, or pushing people off bridges. I use my vote to voice my disagreement.

I’ve been very clear about my knowledge of him through my daughter, who worked with him. Shall I dispatch her to this board to answer all your very important questions? You’re being ridiculously pedantic here. If you choose to disbelieve the information I’ve provided here than disbelieve it. I don’t care.
Why are you getting involved in the distraction? Makes no difference whatsoever to the point but is in fact used to divert from the point. Atx knows this guy. Fill us in.
She already admitted she does not know him. It was all fake outrage.
The size of a metro area is not a political issue to me, but sure seems to be for you.
Population of Austin metro is 2,168,316, while the city of Austin is 950,715 (11th largest in US). If its too small for you, the so be it, but the number is what it is.
What's the point of arguing it, other than just arguing for the sake of arguing??
My point is that your view is that of an ignorant party. I've actually lived there, I know what it feels like. I know that it doesn't function as a metro area the same as other cities do. It's a small town (at least by my standards) surrounded by small towns that are separate. Round Rock, Pflugerville, Buda, and San Marcos are completely separate entities and Austin has not spread far enough to blur those lines. The thing that truly is Austin doesn't spread much further than downtown. Hell it feels like you have to leave Austin just to get up by the Arboretum.
If you talked about Katy, Sugar Land, even Conroe as part of Houston, it would make sense. Houston is a large sprawling metropolitan city....Austin is not.
Now I don't expect you to know that, but I do expect you to accept it when it is explained to you by primary sources.
Good. Just the headline made me so damn mad I couldn't even read the story. Idiots. Taking their anger out on innocent people.
It made a lot of people here mad. That’s why it’s lingered on our news and in social circles.
