Yes she said that in order to make it sound like she knows him, but later admitted she does not know him. It makes the initial claim irrelevant.

And no, Austin is not a 'small town', it is the 11th largest city in the US.

Its ok, I forgive ATX Wahine for repeatedly accusing me of lying, and throwing the word "retarded" in my face. Perhaps she was having a rough day.

I just had to go back and read the last 5 pages just for entertainment purposes. What a riot. We have a poster calling a man who was simply doing his job a "a government goon dictator", now that's damned funny. Next we have a poster denying the claim that he used words such as liar and retard. "Prove it or I'm telling mom" was the comment, which was met with the poster actually providing the posts that did include those words. And then we have posters actually spending days discussing the incredibly minor difference between“I know who that guy is” and “I know that guy” as if that is in any way important.

If there was ever a question that his board has adults acting like children this thread will confirm it.

https://nypost.com/2020/05/03/texas-...cial-distance/

A Texas park ranger was pushed into a lake while trying to enforcing social distancing regulations in Austin.

The plunge was caught on camera at Lake Austin on Thursday, with the clip beginning as the ranger seemingly politely asks a group of parkgoers to disperse and keep six feet apart to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.

But then a shirtless man, identified by police as Brandon Hicks, 25, can be seen running up and shoving the ranger, sending both into the water.

Hicks is then allegedly recorded jumping out and running off into the distance.
Guy is a moron. No clue about his politics.

That’s a little judgmental Dave. I come here for the entertainment value, as it seems you do.
Some people watch tv, some do puzzles or knit. I come here for a more interactive form of entertainment. Speaking for myself, I don’t take anything here as serious in any way.
