The argument is made by Kimberly Clausing, she is a professor of economics.
Here is a podcast of her speaking on the book and its subject matter: https://www.hup.harvard.edu/catalog....=9780674919334

Now I think anyone who has seen my posting history on this site knows my opinon on the subject, but I was wondering what progressives (and other left wing posters) think.

Does open capital, massive division of labor, market trade, private equity management, a loose immigration system for labor, more power to international political organizations and trade committees, along with a strong welfare system to balance industry transfer and poverty appeal to you.

Is this the type of future (an idea modified from the 80s and 90s) progressives and liberals want. Please tell me because I really don't know.
