YOU are AVOIDING the FACT that the FBI agents who INTERVIEWED hm said he did NOT lie to them.

The date on your politico article is Jan 4, pretty quick investigation since he spoke with Kislyak on Dec 30 and he wasn't interviewed until later. So back to the handwritten notes and claims of a setup ignoring that the fact that he tried to undermine the sanctions and get Russia to help Israel out with the settlements.
This sounds like Stryzok and Page, pull out a few texts and claim deep state.

There are literally MILLIONS of documents on any case to go through. You act like the ONE page with the writing on it calling to go after Flynn when the agents who DID interview him wanted to CLOSE the case, was just sitting on top of pile.

But this case is huge and your excuse is that they didn't have enough time to read through the evidence. It took 3 years to come up with their claim that Flynn lying about his conversations with the Russian ambassador wasn't material to the Russian investigation, seriously.
No, that really is a fact, he did lie to the FBI about discussing sanctions. No one is even questioning the accuracy, take it up with his defense team.
So why did Trump fire him, simple question that I've asked several times.
