It. Doesn't. Matter. The 2 idiots never saw him "trespassing" or "casing" or "breaking in" or anything else.

They assumed that the victim was part of "several break ins in the neighborhood" (nothing had been reported since January 1st...almost 2 months prior to this.)

The police report states that Grandpa Redneck was sitting in his front yard when he saw (he claims) "the suspect of the breaks ins hauling a$$ down the street".

That's it. That's all he saw. He did not see the victim at any break ins. He did not see the victim commit any crime. The tape that he claims - that's been debunked. You can't tell who the hell that is in that video, and the homeowner of the construction site refused to give over his video to Grandpa Redneck who was trying to come back to that and pretend he'd seen it before to use in his defense...unfortunately for him, homeowner told him to pound sand, he wasn't going to allow that to happen.

So, yet again for the who knows how many fricken times it has been said on here:

The 2 hayseeds did not see the victim doing jack spit. Nothing. They saw absolutely nothing. No trespassing, no casing, no breaking in, no stealing, no burglarizing, not even littering or loitering. They. Saw. Nothing.

The older one was sitting on his front lawn, saw the victim run by, told his son to go in and get his gun, they all hopped into their pick up truck, chased him down, got out of the pick up with their shot gun waving around, and then shot him....despite the fact that they did not see the victim do ANYTHING AT ALL!

Why on God's green earth must this be said every other page? It's been said so many times and yet people keep acting like it's never been said, and keep prattling on and on and on about trespassing.

They saw nothing but this guy running by.

That's it.

Stealing something is not a necessary element to be classified as burglary under Georgia law.

Thieves often go onto construction sites after hours to steal supplies or tools. He is trespassing and likely looking for something of worth to steal. Builders often put chain link fencing around the homes they build to help keep potential thieves out. He has no business being there. I’ve built spec homes and if I found someone like that snooping around my property I would make sure they understand they are trespassing and to keep the F off my property.

The law doesn't care about your opinion but now that you have received an educated response stop pushing false narratives thank you.

Even if it was trespass, that is no excuse to execute a man.
Perhaps but try to take someone’s gun from them and they may end up seeing their maker.

Watch for yourself. Do yall make it a habbit to tresspass/break and enter on your 3AM jogs 10 miles away from your own residence???

If he's so interested in construction, why is he so invested in the tools and non construction related materials, he doesnt look at joints or beams once! LOL, I know why!

Also, media and socialist dems, stop using highschool and middle school photos of your grown adult thugs.
There was no breaking and entering. It was under construction so he looked. So what. I do that all the time. I like to see what is being built. Is that a problem.

Larry English, the man who owns the house in the video posted in your OP, just appeared on Cuomo Prime Time.

English said that nothing was stolen from the house, which is why he didn't call the police.

You got anything else?
Another quote from English says that by the time he viewed the video of the intruder, he called a neighbour to ask if he could see someone in his property. That neighbour informed him that the intruder was dead already.

If he wasn't already dead, its probably safe to assume he would report it to police because that's what he did last time.

Important to note also the Mr English has been the recipient of multiple death threats.

Of course it is a problem. Thats why the home owner installed cameras and previously reported such illegal behaviour to police.

One of the most amusing parts of these threads is the claim by so many people that they regularly trespass on private property. Hopefully this case will help them understand it is wrong....

It's also wrong to make up nonsense to support your argument....
