How do you know she wasn’t singled out for abuse by the protesters?

We’ve seen how MI’s governor has been maligned and how much of it is because the governor is female.
Do you honestly believe that this woman wasn’t subjected to similar rhetoric, possibly worse because she is black?

And if I may piggyback onto your response, the liberal poster above is now claiming that the MI governor has been maligned because she is female?? Liberals have taken this "protect minorities" (well, the minorities they favor) so far that any criticism of their behavior is chalked up to sexism or racism.
The Nation of Islam offers this kind of escort and security service . They did it for Micheal Jackson's court appearance. They show up in suits, clean cut hair and bow ties without guns and white people still think they are scary AF. If she really wanted to make a racial statement she could have gotten members of the Nation of Islam to line the street for her.
Why not have them escort her? She'd be right at home with them. All the major hate groups, Nation of Islam, La Raza, the Klan all have their roots with democrats.
It was a racially charged environment by virtue of symbols and lack of diversity in the protest movement participants. Is it any wonder that such a display in MICHIGAN....would create and equal and opposite reaction racially? Actions create equal and opposite reactions. The Republican Michigan legislator was not part of the protest, but early had donned a face mask that resembled the confederate flag. This is the environment that the black legislator, plus the protesters, existed in. Some Black people react to such symbolism of racism....WITH UNITY and solidarity with other blacks. Action....Reaction. Basic physics.
