The USA has the same policies for Tuberculosis and other specific diseases in many states (State-controlled policy). If someone in the household has tuberculosis with a child in the home. And refuse to have that child evaluated or separate the sick person from the child when that sick person is known to be infectious, that situation can escalate to the removal of the children from the home.

Per many state laws, it is considered child neglect to leave a child exposed to a deadly disease and refuse evaluation or medical care to a sick child. Again this is policy controlled at the State level, every state has a form of this law on the books. Does require an order from a judge so a hearing and other steps are involved.

As many conservatives on this board like to say: some people just shouldn't procreate.

While the police should have handled this situation better, the stupidity of this twit can't be overstated.

According to this story:
Speaking to the Daily Mail following criticism over her decision to take her four-year-old son along with her to the protest, she said he asked to come.

“My son wanted to come with me.

“My children are very opinionated, they probably get that from me, but he had every right to be there."

In other words she brainwashed her kid and put him in harm's way.

Like it or hate it the following is only my opinion:

1) It is an affront to confront. She was warned. She resisted. She was arrested.
2) She used the child as a shield. Give her an extra 30 days in jail.
3) Spend your money on crayons and poster paper to teach your child how to draw superheroes like our police officers.

Job well done men and ladies in Blue.............

She reminds me of conservatives/Republicans in this country: Even when they have a valid point they F it up somehow by being moronic.

Just like the protesters here who suddenly felt the need to protest only after a few weeks/to a month after the lock down was put in place.

No, you protest immediately if you have any principles.

The government had no right to do any lock down but it also has no right to do any of the other measures that impede freedom of movement, freedom of association, and property rights it did on a daily basis prior to the lock down.

Inconsistent idiots with no principles.
