Because if he had been a first term senator named Barry O'Banion with the exact same credentials, he would not have even been a top 1,000 candidate for president let alone won.

He conducted himself as the racist he is that divided this country, sending it back of 30 years. That's why.
I think white people who see Obama as a God have some white guilt
That tends to say more about you than anyone else.....
1. It is a projection of how you see your leaders (as gods).
2. You are conveying classic alt-right view, - that there is something wrong in a white person supporting a black person (the only possible reason you can think of is guilt).
And no, I did not vote for Obama, but I observed the pseudo-conservatives trash him from day-1, so its hilarious they are now crying when people point out how ridiculous Trump is.

Not even the African Americans I know hype him up as some great awesome president than white liberals.
If Obama was white I don't think they would fawn all over him
Well that's interesting. I didn't know the color of our skin had much to do with an assessment of a President.
So if a President is Black and somebody who supports him is white -- they have white guilt.
If a President is White and a Black person supports them -- what does that say about the Black person.
