He's close. Trump scorns his supporters. He finds them very useful too.

Trump doesn't really respect his followers but finds them convenient.

Trump supporters are being played.

Trump is a Billionaire do you really think you would be welcome to one of his resorts, you people wouldn't make it past the first gate.

This really is the ultimate irony. Trump could insult his supporters to their faces and they would love him for it. Stern is a tell-it-like-it-is-no-holds-barred dude, which is one reason Trump likes him. They do go way back.

Correct, Howard Stern. We all get it.

Trump loves intelligent people, and celebs, and wall street folks.

This is identical to Rush Limbaugh. Both Trump and Limbaugh must truly disdain their audiences, and prefer the smarter company they're used to associating with, but they're left cow towing to stupid people who are their bread and butter supporters.

Does anyone think any of these people (politicians, celebrities) like you? You are a consumer and a pawn. That's it.

The average celebrity isn't President during a global Pandemic.

Stern is just calling it out, why do people have this image of Trump as the greatest President this country has ever had?

I would say FDR holds that title.
