LOL. Or, you could read what the tracing initiative actually entails and not just the Twitter headline.

How about we keep all illegal aliens IN THEIR HOUSES, and the government can bring THEM food and medicine?

And there's reason for that. I just looked at the zip codes of where the most virus cases are in my county, and the two highest - by a long shot - are poor areas where illegals have settled. No surprise, either - they live doubled-up in apartments in close quarters. Since the purpose is to contain this virus, would liberals be OK with putting them under house arrest.

Quote it for me, then, if it's so obvious.

There is no enforcement mechanism for that type of law.
It is the same with wearing mask and social distancing in public areas (private business can require a mask for service), either the public buys in or they don't.

It's for two weeks and you get a personal assistant to do your outside chores. Terrible I tell you.

The Lynnwood Times certainly says that, yes. It is conspicuously absent from Gov Inslee's comments.

Quote it for me.

Do we get to CHOOSE which foods the government will bring us, or do we just have to eat what they select? I hope there's a kosher option.

This is why they want to push contact tracing so hard. Washington State is seeing it implemented now.

I personally don't see the point of this. We've had 2 months to basically live the way we've been and who knows who we've all been exposed to.

Makes me wonder, what if you don't have a cell phone?
Things are out of control.

Now, if his position is simply a service to "encourage" people who wish to participate, more power to them, this is in line with liberty.

If the response is dictating compliance, providing punishment, or use of force (be it legal or physical) to gain adherence, this is unconstitutional and will be struck down.

His unwillingness to deal with the discussion of refusal should concern people. Once the system is in place, and most people accept it under the idea of "honest intent", then they can begin forcing people individually, and it will be much harder to fight.

I think this will happen and become a problem.
Of course it would. The issue is they are assigning a position to Inslee that he has not taken.

It's click-bait fear mongering. Nothing more. This is like saying "if you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you". That doesn't mean you have to have a lawyer, right?
