A lot of people have lost their jobs recently. Maybe you want to try something new. It is not clear exactly what kinds of "missions" that members of the Space Force will be involved with over the next few years. But over the longer term, there will almost assuredly be space-based wars, complete with beam weapons and a lot more that we cannot even imagine yet.

The weaponization and militarization of space was inevitable. In fact, it is happening. Maybe this is part of your destiny.
