Don't buy anything made in China. Nothing.

You have gone 2 months in some cases, without buying much. Buy locally produced items, if possible.

Companies have gotten sneaky with this. They will say “made in the US” but it’s really just assembled here or not made here at all.

Just as long as it is not made in China or Iran....
We are smart enough to understand the cost of manufacturing is not going to allow some things to be made here, but they don't have to be made in China.

Buy American if possible and local, the better. But never buy Made in China.

Why China? Why not India, Bangladesh, Pakistan or Mexico? Oh yes, i know, it's just jingoistic hollow rhetoric designed to stir up anti Chinese sentiment with absolutely no basis in facts. Hope you don't need any drugs, food or electronics during your 'boycott'....

Too late. All my furniture, appliances, computers and clothes were made in China. They were the best value for the money. I don't expect to buy anything new for quite a while. When I do I will look for the best value for money.

Ask yourself these simple questions:

1. In what country did COVID-19 originate?
2. The leadership of what country is blaming the United States for the virus?

I can overlook No. 1, assuming that the virus originated by accident. But No. 2 demands a response.

If all Chinese goods were banned from entry today, you wouldn't have any clothes, automobiles, appliances, electronics, sporting goods, or tools available at affordable prices for most Americans within six months. Find a new axe to grind.

That is not true. We import those things from many places, not JUST China.

Then why pick on China? Why not stop all foreign goods from coming in, and let's be self sufficient?

They'd become "affordable" if more people bought them. Find a new reason to keep our factories closed.
