Actually Cuomo and deBlasio are tied for 1st line of defense, wealthy companies and research institutes are 3rd, White House is maybe 4th line of defense. Fed govt is the backup and the overall coordinator if a coordinator is needed, they have no power to take over and run things, despite what big-govt leftists so fondly dream.

Correct. Just as #MeToo yelled "quiet" about Reade.

Media are in bed with DNC. All Dems get a pass on everything.

Plus AC was kind to send a body bag with each Typhoid Mary covid person he shipped back to nursing homes.

He might as well have driven them personally there.

LL Duce is a fitting Cuomo moniker. (Long Island protestors tagged him with that.)

Unfortunately this disease looks like a her culler.

I am waiting for accurate numbers but apparently 25-50% have ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO symptoms. This thing kills the weak and appears to not affect some of the healthy AT ALL.

I disagree with some claiming .1 to.2%. This is clearly MUCH worse than normal flu. My gut tells me it runs a hair less than 1%. Note this is nothing but my gut and my degree is limited to a bachelors level science courses and not in virology. IE I have no formal credentials to take it with a grain of salt.

A "her" culler? It strikes men more!

If healthy adults in the prime of their lives want to get a sense of their true risks, let's factor out a) people in nursing homes, b) over age 70, and c) at least one serious co-morbidity. You will find that your risk is miniscule. That is why everyone needs to return to work, with continuing unemployment benefits given to those over 60 until an effective treatment is developed.

Like it or hate it the following is only my opinion:

70% of Americans want trade restrictions with China
80% of Americans agree with Trump's Travel Ban

Strength in numbers..............................

During a press conference on Sunday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said, “Older people, vulnerable people are going to die from this virus, despite whatever you do,” before adding that no one should be prosecuted for what has happened in New York nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
It's a little late for him to try to cover his own ass this way. He has effectively murdered thousands of New Yorkers with his utterly moronic dictates. YES, people SHOULD be prosecuted for what happened with NY nursing homes. Starting with Cuomo and his public health director. They should both spend the rest of their lives in Attica.

Donald Trump:
- "When somebody's the President of the United States, the authority is total"
- "I take no responsibility"

Republicans are supportive of these presidential delusions.

You seemed to care when you posted that little animation about "Some of you may die, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make." to sully Trump. Seems like Cuomo is the real owner of that sentiment.

cuomo went from saying "if everything we do saves just one life, I’ll be happy” to "they were going to die anyway". the guy has done everything wrong regarding his decisions on NY state covid policies and now makes excuses for his incompetence. why does the press let him get away with his failures and hypocrisy? because he is democrat maybe?

Okay HerD culler.

We only disagree on this one moderately as to scale, not general consensus. One day last month my throat was about a tiny bit sore. It lasted maybe 8 hours. Did i snore too much the night previous or... Not even as much sore throat as a normal cold gives me. Normally colds for me go sore throat-> Stuffy -> ear infection. I wonder. No way in hell I'm going for a test here in the state run by Reichsgovernor Smurphy until I am at deaths door. The people they are hiring to contract trace are likely the group that remind me strongly of the neighbor Gladys from Bewitched.
