Good American leaders, bad foriegn leaders.

Churchill oversaw the downfall of the empire, Franco was overrated, and Pinochet crashed the economy by 1990. It recovered only after he was gone.

I’m a pragmatic libertarian. Lincoln did what had to be done to rid our nation of slavery. If you measure results he accomplished more than any other President as far as increasing liberty.
