Yeah, good luck convincing America of that.

Meanwhile, Trump’s own AG just dismissed the president’s claims against Obama.

Stop living in fantasyland, Republicans.

The Republican Form of Government, instituted by the Declaration of Independence, wherein the American people are "sovereigns without subjects," and the president is merely the highest ranking public SERVANT, one step down in status from the lowest American sovereign.

“The republican is the only form of government which is not eternally at open or secret war with the Rights of mankind.”
- - - Thomas Jefferson
https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Thomas_Jefferson

“I firmly believe that the benevolent Creator designed the republican Form of Government for Man.”
- - - Samuel Adams;
Statement of (14 April 1785), quoted in The Writings of Samuel Adams (1904) edited by Harry A. Cushing
http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Samuel_Adams

"What I do say is that no man is good enough to govern another man without that other's consent. I say this is the leading principle, the sheet-anchor of American republicanism. Our Declaration of Independence says: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."
- - - Abraham Lincoln, Speech at Peoria, Illinois (1854)

REPUBLICAN FORM
GOVERNMENT (Republican Form of Government)- One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people ... directly...
- - - Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, P. 695

". . . at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects, and have none to govern but themselves. . ."
- - - Justice John Jay, Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 U.S. 2 Dall. 419 419 (1793)

In the republican form of government, the people are sovereigns (unless they consent otherwise) served by (not ruled by) servant government. Their rights and liberties existed before constitutional government (which is why the republican form is NOT a constitutional republic - nor can a constitutional government institute a republican form).

Unfortunately, the majority of Americans volunteered out of the republican form and into the socialist democratic form, and have surrendered their birthright in exchange for the privileges and obligations that come with that consent. But they still have the right to withdraw consent at any time, especially if fraud, constructive fraud and other trickery was used to acquire that consent, without their complete knowledge, or Americans are PROPERTY of the State.

It's Tuesday, May 19, 2020, and Dan Bongino's opinion is worth what it was yesterday: NOTHING

And, we have the proof that any twit can tweet.

Sometimes I prefer the pre-internet days; a simpler time when these “types” were relegated to holding up signs on street corners.*Sigh*.

Thread title is delusional and a pointless deflection from the orange clown’s failures.

Please, let's not equate Obama with Lincoln.
Wilson, maybe. Federal income tax, the federal reserve, estate tax... all are the sort of boneheaded things Obama would have implemented had they not existed.
FDR, just as problematic.

Trump comes across as a doofus, but he's just a different variation of the same mold we've been using for the last century.
