As an Engineer that deals with Dams and Levees, this caught my eye. The article doesn't state they failed. It says they could potentially fail. However, as of tonight, I believe it did overtop and breach. From the videos I saw, it was just too much water. It looks like the spillway was wide open.
Probably because lefties have fixated on Michigan, ever since those armed protesters took over the capital building in Lansing. After that, they said Trumpers in Michigan were on the verge of starting a civil war.
