How come flags are not lowered to half staff nationwide amid COVID19?

The flags are at half staff so that DJT can appear to care about the casualties. Right. Somebody on his staff probably came up with the idea while DJT was out playing golf.

Alas this is not a “free” country if you are the 70% and growing population who live under overzealous HOA overlords which are getting harder and harder to avoid with each passing year. Looks like a Agenda 2030 plan. Those nepotistic rulers are free to ban flagpoles, and often face no accountability what so ever regardless if there are any legal civil codes providing homeowners rights as homeowners loathe to stand up in fear of retaliation that may occur as long as they live in the community. Those overlords are exactly the do as I say not as I do folks. And only they could have flagpoles.

The closest public flag pole happens to be in a public park within walking distance that’s why I ask. I remember in 2016 it appears the flag on that pole was on half staff more than it on full staff. 9/11 killed about 5000 yet the flag was on half staff for over a week. I guess COVID 19 was not attacking the country directly that’s probably why. I do have the feeling the SARs was equilvant to the 1992 attacks on the WTC and SARs 2 or Covid 19 is like September 11, 2001z
