Here you go, complete with a quote from said ruling. Now, please, please shut up about this tyranny nonsense. You are 100% wrong. There is no debate here. Until SCOTUS says other wise, Jacobson v. Copmmonwealth of Massachusetts still stands.
Jacobson v. Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11, 26 (1905).
“Real liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own, whether in respect of his person or his property, regardless of the injury that may be done to others.”
Oh, and your welcome. And I won't say "I told you so"
...to your first paragraph...i'm curious whether you, you personally, have a line that you will not let be crossed?...the mask?...the quarantine?...a forced vaccine?...we all have boundaries, i'm curious at what point do you draw the line and say, no?...
See everyone, this is a valid debate technique and a valid question. justus978 is trying to build a case that civil disobedience is sometimes necessary. It is, of course, but we're nowhere near that point yet.
The answer is yes, I do have a personal line. Under the current circumstances, I would be OK with forced vaccinations. If the government started yanking people from their homes on a large scale and putting them in quarantine containment camps, I think they will have gone too far. If they decide to start euthanizing at-risk portions of the population, the would be over the line as well. That being said, I'm pretty sure the Judicial system would intervene very quickly.

...your line is blurred...you add the caveat "under the current circumstances"..all i asked is 'what is your personal line that you will not let be crossed?...you told me what you would be okay with.....i want to know where is your line?...
...p.s. "judicial system intervening"?... ask the Japanese/American citizens in the 1940's how that worked out for them..
