This is so not dementia by Trump, and you gotta know it.

I don't think you understand the definition of dementia.

If you can't tell the difference between Trump being personable, funny, a bit out there and doing his "thing", and Biden being lost, confused, staring blankly into space, mumbling, constantly tripping over his words, and grasping to form a logical coherent sentence, then you are either not understanding what the definition of dementia is, or you just hate Trump so much, you deflect Biden's problem, onto Trump.
